I understand this retreat may include gentle movement, meditation, reflection, group discussion, nature-based activities, and optional quiet time.*

I understand participation is voluntary and I may opt out of any activity.*

I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during the retreat.*

I understand this retreat is not therapy, medical treatment, or crisis support.*

I release the hosts, facilitators, vendors, and venue from liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage except where prohibited by law.*

I agree to inform the hosts of any relevant health, allergy, dietary, or accessibility needs.*

I consent to receive retreat-related emails and updates.*

I understand my spot is not reserved until payment/deposit is received.*

I understand deposits are non-refundable.*

I understand the final payment is due by Sep 15, 2026.*

I understand cancellations after August 30, 2026 may not be refunded unless my spot can be filled. This includes cancellations due to illness, travel disruptions, work obligations, family commitments, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.*

Transfer of Registration: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another qualified participant approved by the retreat hosts up to 14 days before the retreat. Any payment arrangements between participants are the responsibility of those individuals.*

The hosts are not responsible for airfare, travel expenses, hotel stays, or other costs incurred outside of retreat registration fees. We strongly encourage participants to purchase travel insurance or trip cancellation insurance to protect their investment.*
